Before Uploading:
Please remember to include in label file folder:
- all fonts
- all links
- Illustrator label files
Compress/stuff file folder for quicker upload & download.
The following files are accepted for upload:
.zip, .sit, .sitx, .pdf, .ai, .jpg, .tif, .eps, .psd, .ai.zip, .eps.zip,
To upload files to our FTP you will need to use an FTP client/software such as Fetch or Transmit – or if you are on a windows PC, try SmartFTP – and enter the following information:
Please request access to our FTP site from your customer service representative or your Tapp Label Account Manager.
